Who Are These Retreats For?

Our retreats are open to women 18+ of all backgrounds, including those:

  • Experiencing burnout, depression, or high stress.
  • Healing from trauma, grief, or emotional pain.
  • Craving reconnection with themselves or their purpose.
  • Wanting a deeper dive outside the weekly therapy format.
  • Learning new skills to help with different areas in life.
  • Connect with others in a safe environment .

You do not need to be an existing client of Healthier You to attend—but many of our retreat participants are actively engaged in therapy and use the retreat as a powerful supplement to their work.

What to Expect from Your Retreat Experience

Each retreat spans 1-3 days to 3-4 days and is typically hosted in a calming, natural setting near American Fork, UT. While schedules may vary, here’s a general idea of what your experience may include:

Sample Retreat Itinerary

Day 1 – Grounding & Intention

  • Arrive in the late afternoon/early evening. 
  • Meet and Greet
  • Eat Snacks
  • Unpack, Get settled

Days 2 and 3

  • Optional Movement in the morning
  • Educational group learning and discussions
  • Quiet reflective Journaling Time
  • Creative Art Experience
  • Mindfulness group activity 

Day 4 

  • Last group processing session
  • Wrap-up and reflection
  • Pack up, check out, and leave in the early afternoon. 

After The Retreat—Continuing The Work

Healing doesn’t stop when the retreat ends. In fact, that’s when integration begins.

We’ll help you build a post-retreat plan that may include:

  • Continued individual counseling
  • Family or marriage therapy for systemic healing
  • Joining a support group
  • Self-led practices and resources tailored to your experience
